We appreciate the trust you place in our e-shop iDERM.cz, and we do everything we can to ensure that you are as satisfied as possible with your purchase.

 

If you need to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days without having to give a reason!

 

However, we would like to draw your attention to the legal exception that applies to products removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics or other goods that come into direct contact with the skin). By opening and trying these products, you lose your right to return them. Allergic reactions and other health problems are not considered product defects; they are individual reactions to the ingredients contained in the products.

 

How to proceed when returning goods?

 

1. Write to us and state that you want to return the purchased goods. Don't forget to include your order number.

 

We will refund your payment in the same way it was made, for example, if you paid by card, we will credit it back to that card, or if you paid by bank transfer, we will credit it back to the original account.

 

2. We will process your claim within 30 calendar days from the moment we receive the returned goods. Once we receive and inspect your shipment, we will send you your money back.
